Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions Agreement
This Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between BLVCK DOLLAR FUND (“Company”) and the Affiliate (“Affiliate”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
- Program Overview
1.1 The Company operates an affiliate program (“Program”) that allows Affiliates to earn a commission by referring new members to sign up for BLVCK DOLLAR FUND membership.
1.2 The Affiliate will receive a commission equal to 20% of the monthly membership dues for each member who signs up using the Affiliate’s unique BLVCK DOLLAR FUND affiliate code (“Affiliate Code”).
1.3 The commission is payable once a month for the duration of the Affiliate’s membership or until the members referred by the Affiliate cancel their memberships. - Affiliate Eligibility
2.1 To participate in the Program, the Affiliate must be at least 18 years old and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
2.2 The Affiliate must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, those related to marketing, advertising, and privacy. - Affiliate Responsibilities
3.1 The Affiliate shall use their best efforts to promote and refer new members to sign up for BLVCK DOLLAR FUND membership.
3.2 The Affiliate shall use the provided Affiliate Code in all marketing materials and promotions related to the Program.
3.3 The Affiliate shall not engage in any illegal, deceptive, or unethical practices when promoting the Program or referring new members.
3.4 The Affiliate shall be solely responsible for any costs associated with their promotional activities. - Commission Payment
4.1 The Company will pay the Affiliate a commission equal to 20% of the monthly membership dues for each member referred by the Affiliate.
4.2 Commissions will be paid to the Affiliate once a month, within 30 days following the end of the calendar month in which the referred members’ dues were received by the Company.
4.3 In the event that a member referred by the Affiliate cancels their membership, the commission for that member shall no longer be payable to the Affiliate.
4.4 If the Affiliate’s membership is canceled, any outstanding commissions owed to the Affiliate will be paid in full by the next pay period. - Confidentiality
5.1 During the term of this Agreement, the Affiliate may have access to confidential information of the Company, including but not limited to customer lists, marketing strategies, and financial information.
5.2 The Affiliate agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all such information and not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company. - Term and Termination
6.1 This Agreement shall commence on the date the Affiliate signs up for the Program and shall continue until terminated by either Party.
6.2 Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other Party.
6.3 Upon termination of this Agreement, the Affiliate shall immediately cease all marketing and promotional activities related to the Program. - Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Program.
7.2 The total liability of the Company, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate under this Agreement. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of California. - Entire Agreement
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
By signing up for the BLVCK DOLLAR FUND affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
